Exploring Education in Developing Countries Presentation by TBC was a volunteer in Ghana, Africa in 2008 and their mission was to research and document educational issues. They also participated in the Uniterra International Seminar. It is an initiative sponsored by both the World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) and links 20 Canadian students with 20 students from the global South to conduct research on a specific topic. Their concrete experience in the field and academic understanding of education in Africa is going to be very valuable to your understanding of the constraints of learning in Africa but also of the positive impact that you are making to real-life situations.
